We are pleased to welcome Dr. Jason Conn to our practice. Dr. Conn is a primary care physician and will be treating patients of all ages – children, teens, adults, and seniors. Born in Portland, Oregon, Dr. Conn grew up in the South Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas and graduated from the prestigious High School of Health Professions. A graduate of both Baylor University and the University of North Texas Health Science Center, he is board certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Plaza Medical Center located in Fort Worth.
Upon completion of his residency in 2003, Dr. Conn joined the medical staff of CareNow as Associate Medical Director for the Carrollton office. Five years later he was named Medical Director for the Denton office and served in that role for eight years, treating patients of all ages with both chronic and acute health conditions. In 2016 Dr. Conn joined Health Care Associates of Texas as a primary care physician, providing internal medicine and family practice medical services.
In his practice, Dr. Conn emphasizes the mind-body connection that is so crucial to good health. He believes in treating the whole person, and encourages his patients to think long-term in strategizing to optimize their health, partnering with him to develop their treatment plans and also planning for the future in order to achieve enhanced health and wellness.
Outside of work, Dr. Conn enjoys spending time with his wife, who is a teacher in the Coppell ISD, son and daughter. A movie buff and an avid sports fan, he enjoys the great outdoors and also loves to travel, photographing every place he visits.
